Our Guarantee

It's simple, customer satisfaction is what we want but, if you are not happy then providing the product has not been used or unopened our standard returns policy applies. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please contact us first before return or exchange of parts as there are some occasions when it proves to be an unnecessary inconvenience for you.

Payment

Internet payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Switch for immediate despatch. If you prefer not to order via the internet you can contact one of our advisers on 0208 688 1717 who can process you order over the phone or alternatively send a cheque or postal order with a copy of your order.

Cheque payments have to be cleared by your bank before dispatching your order.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

Refunds

Please note that if a part is incorrectly ordered, a re-stocking fee of 25% plus postage will be deducted from any refund. Special order items which have a longer delivery time are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Security

When shopping with us you can rest assured your personal information and credit card details will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

When placing an order we offer the use of a secure server. We encrypt your details, in particular your credit card information, before you send it to us, meaning that ONLY the receiver of the information (i.e. the Data Cash Merchant Services clearing system) can read this information. To do this we use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method (when in use you will see the padlock at the bottom of the browser) which is the recognised standard for secure transactions.

Delivery of Parts and Consumables

All products purchased are delivered in the UK at the price quoted on our site. Our delivery charge ranges between 2.50 to 6.50 depending on size or weight of the item.

Whenever possible stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days (dependant on availability). Special order items from manufacturers can take up to 28 days to be delivered.

Delivery of Appliances

We can only arrange delivery of appliances and larger items to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may be applicable to Scottish Highlands and Islands. We regret we cannot export appliances overseas due to shipping costs and differing international ratings, voltages and standards, etc. Many larger items will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer and will be subject to any additional manufacturer's delivery policy. Please notify us at time of order of any special delivery arrangements or access difficulties (stairs, flat, narrow hallways, etc.) so that we can pass this on to the delivery service.

We cannot guarantee delivery timescales for products delivered direct from the manufacturer due to factors outside of our control but we will keep you advised of any information we have regarding your order. All goods are subject to availability and we will normally confirm your order and advise on delivery within two working days.

Please advise us if any goods received directly from the manufacturer are incorrect, damaged or faulty or alternatively you may follow the manufacturers procedures contained in the delivery documents accompanying the goods. We will note any complaints regarding damage in transit and assist you where possible, but this is the responsibility of the manufacturer or the carrier. All goods should be inspected on delivery and signed for. Do not accept or sign for goods which are damaged or incorrectly supplied. Persons signing the delivery and acceptance paperwork MUST be over 18 years of age.

Failure of pre-arranged deliveries caused by incorrect information given by the customer or where there is nobody to receive the delivery may be subject to an additional redelivery charge from ourselves, the courier or the manufacturer.

Goods will only be delivered to the address to which your debit or credit card is registered unless prior arrangements are agreed beforehand.

Our Products

We do our best to ensure availability of all our products. If, however, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you of the delay and the expected delivery date. All outstanding products are held on file and we will dispatch them under separate cover as soon as they become available. You will not be charged for this separate delivery.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item. In these circumstances we will inform you immediately.

By ordering a product, you accept the content of the Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions is subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check The Small Print regularly before ordering products in case any changes have been made.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, Spares4Repairs reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
